A report is what comes out of a workforce session: a structured conversation Soma held separately with each participant. Where a page holds the organization’s intent, a report holds its people’s experience.

Soma starts each chat knowing the workspace’s most recent reports, so she can bring what people said into a chat. She can find and read older reports you have access to.
